Hello all,
We hope you can join us on Saturday July 30, 2011, at four o'clock, to celebrate our wedding. It will be on Mount Desert Island in Maine (one of our favorite places to spend time) at Stornaway, the Beecher's family house where Jesse's parents were also married.

Slightly out of town with a great view of the harbor and a very Mainey feel. It is a five minute drive from the Asticou to Stornaway.
Kimball Terrace: 800-454-6262
Right in Northeast Harbor, Kimball Terrace is a five minute walk from Stornaway and a larger hotel with plenty of rooms.
There's also lots of camping, a good youth hostel in Bar Harbor about 20 minutes down the road, and too many activities to fit into a long weekend. If you're able to come for several days we suggest biking on the carriage roads, popovers and lemonade at the Jordan Pond House, hiking the Beehive or Sargent Mountain (swimming in the ponds at the top, of course), and kayaking in Somes Sound.
Or, if you just have time for the wedding, that'll be pretty fun too. We hope you can make it.
