Hello, hello!

It was so good to see everyone at the wedding. We had a terrific time catching up with friends and family, beautiful weather, great food, great music, and lots of fun. Lyra's got a bunch of photos up on Facebook, or for non Facebookers you can see them here.

Also, some people have expressed interest in reviewing our vows so here they are, both for posterity and to prove syllabic haiku accuracy.

Jesse my dearest

I have to say that you are

What keeps me happy.

When I first met you

Skiing in your flannel shirt

I knew you were it.

For the past 6 years

Through laughs, tears and time apart,

I never doubted.

Without you I am,

As some know a bit too well,

Not always much fun.

In good times and bad

Whether you want to or not

I'll be there to talk.

In sickness and health

I will be there as your wife

Not as a doctor.

And so with this ring

I promise to love just you

Till the end of time.

Lyra my dearest

Haikus can hardly express

What you mean to me.

When I first met you

I was amazed by your will

And loved you for it.

For the past 6 years

I have only loved you more

Each day, Never less.

Without you I am

Often late and somewhat lost,

Lonely, less myself.

In good times and bad

You focus and support me,
Like no one else can.

In sickness and health

You know what I need, and when.

Keep me well and strong.

And so with this ring

I'm yours, and promise to be
